Opening Statement

Since 2019, EIACS Global has been on a mission to prove that small and medium enterprises deserve premium BPO services without premium prices. We’re not the biggest BPO provider—we’re the most committed to SME success.

The Beginning (2019)

EIACS Global was founded on a simple observation: small and medium enterprises were underserved by the BPO industry.
Large providers focused on enterprise clients with hundreds of seats. Budget providers competed on price alone, sacrificing quality. SMEs were stuck in the middle—too small for premium service, too ambitious for mediocre support.

Today (2026)

six years later, EIACS Global operates two state-of-the-art facilities in Alexandria, Egypt, with over 250 dedicated professionals serving clients across multiple industries.
